Family Hub
The Family Hub project provides culturally sensitive services through parent/carer champions. This initiative focuses on peer-to-peer support, engaging families with young children, and promoting available services.
- Train champions to become mentors and support other parent carers.
- Deliver culturally sensitive services.
- Engage families through face-to-face contact.
- Promote services to families with children aged 0-2 years.
